OEM and ODM projects may include customization of:

- Logos and branding;
- Packaging;
- Labels;
- Product documentation;
- Testing and compliance requirements.

Customization requirements, minimum order quantities, production lead times, tooling costs, sample fees, testing requirements, payment terms, and delivery terms will be confirmed separately for each project.

No quotation, product page, or website statement shall be considered a binding purchase contract unless confirmed in writing by SONGXIN.

5. QUOTATIONS AND PRICES

Prices shown on the website, if any, are for reference only unless expressly stated otherwise.

For OEM, ODM, wholesale, and customized orders, the final price will be confirmed in a written quotation.

A quotation may be subject to changes in product specifications, order quantity, materials, packaging, testing requirements, shipping method, exchange rates, taxes, duties, or other commercial conditions.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order unless otherwise stated.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are subject to written confirmation by SONGXIN.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, production commencement, and other commercial conditions will be specified in the applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, or sales agreement.

For customized products, production may not begin until the required payment and necessary specifications, artwork, samples, or approvals have been received.

7. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For customized or OEM/ODM products, customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, trademarks, logos, artwork, packaging information, and other materials supplied by the customer.

The customer represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use any trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, text, or other intellectual property supplied to SONGXIN.

The customer shall be responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by the customer.

8. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Where applicable, SONGXIN may provide product-specific testing reports, certificates, declarations, or other compliance documentation.

Compliance requirements depend on the product, destination market, intended use, and applicable regulations.

Customers are responsible for identifying and communicating applicable destination-market requirements before production.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, SONGXIN does not guarantee that a product is compliant with every regulation or certification requirement of every country or jurisdiction.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, product descriptions, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SONGXIN unless otherwise stated.
