SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains the general shipping and delivery arrangements for orders placed with SONGXIN.

Because SONGXIN primarily provides OEM, ODM, wholesale, and international business services, shipping terms may vary depending on the product, order quantity, destination, customization requirements, and shipping method.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

For standard products, order processing time will be confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

For customized, OEM, or ODM products, production will begin after the required specifications, artwork, packaging details, samples, approvals, and agreed payment have been completed.

Production lead time varies by product and order quantity.

The estimated production lead time provided in a quotation is an estimate and may be affected by:

- Product customization;
- Material availability;
- Packaging requirements;
- Testing or certification requirements;
- Order quantity;
- Production capacity;
- Holidays or factory shutdowns;
- Force majeure events.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

Depending on the order and destination, available shipping methods may include:

- Express delivery;
- Air freight;
- Sea freight;
- Rail freight;
- Courier services;
- Other commercially agreed transportation methods.

The shipping method will be confirmed according to the order requirements.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on factors including:

- Destination country and address;
- Product type;
- Package dimensions and weight;
- Order quantity;
- Shipping method;
- Fuel and carrier surcharges;
- Customs requirements;
- Applicable taxes and duties.

Shipping charges will be quoted separately or included in the applicable commercial quotation where appropriate.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.

Actual transit time may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, port congestion, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on the agreed trade terms, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, inspection fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

The applicable Incoterm, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, or another agreed term, will be specified in the applicable quotation or sales agreement.

Where DDP shipping is agreed, the specific scope of duties, taxes, and customs services will be determined by the applicable quotation.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

SONGXIN is not responsible for delays, additional costs, returns, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

7. TRACKING

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after shipment.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable carrier. Updates may be delayed during international transportation or customs clearance.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery where reasonably possible.

If products are damaged during transportation, customers should notify SONGXIN promptly and provide photographs, videos, packaging information, and other evidence reasonably required to investigate the claim.

Responsibility for transportation loss or damage may depend on the applicable shipping method, carrier, insurance arrangement, and agreed Incoterm.

9. DELIVERY DELAYS

SONGXIN is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Customs clearance;
- Port congestion;
- Carrier delays;
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Government actions;
- Strikes;
- War or civil unrest;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Material shortages;
- Other force majeure events.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to import regulations, customs inspections, duties, taxes, product compliance requirements, or other restrictions in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing destination-specific requirements to SONGXIN before placing an order where such requirements are relevant.

11. OEM / ODM SHIPMENTS

For OEM and ODM orders, shipping arrangements will be agreed separately based on the quotation, purchase order, sales contract, and applicable Incoterms.

The agreed shipping terms take precedence over the general information contained in this Shipping Policy.
