REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at Jackson@szsongx.com. Please do not send any item back before your return is accepted. After approval, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Custom, OEM, ODM, and private-label orders

Custom products, including special orders and OEM, ODM, private-label, logo, color, packaging, or specification-based products, cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This restriction does not apply if the products are defective, damaged in transit where SONGXIN is responsible, incorrect, or materially different from the approved sample or agreed written specifications.

For wholesale and customized orders, any agreed quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, approved sample, and written product specifications take precedence where they contain specific return, inspection, warranty, or claims terms.

We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement unless we agree to another arrangement in writing.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union and the mandatory 14-day cooling-off right applies to your purchase, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Statutory exceptions, including certain made-to-order or personalized products, may apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
