Choose a product category for your enquiry
Start with the intended activity and product format. Similar-looking products can have different materials, sizing, packaging and order requirements. Send the exact product link or model reference when requesting a quote.
- Diving and snorkeling masks: Browse masks. Specify the mask format, intended use, user size range, lens and skirt requirements, strap design and packaging.
- Snorkel sets: Browse sets. List every component required in the set, size combinations, colors, carry bag and retail pack requirements.
- Fins and flippers: Browse fins. Specify the activity, blade format, foot-pocket or heel style, size run, material requirements and pairs per size.
- Snorkels: Browse breathing tubes. Identify the model, mouthpiece and tube requirements, color and whether it will be supplied separately or in a set.

Private label, OEM and ODM: what to include
For an existing model, describe the logo, color and packaging changes you want. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and customization. Where a product page shows a starting MOQ, use it to begin your enquiry. Ask for confirmation of the MOQ for each color, size, logo method and packaging option in your proposed order.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Ask about sample availability, cost, branding and preparation time for your selected model. A sample request should state the configuration you want to review. Record the agreed materials, dimensions, appearance, packaging and any required testing in the written order specification.
How long will production take?
Request a schedule for your exact quantity and specification. Artwork approval, sample approval, materials, tooling, production capacity and inspection arrangements can affect the schedule. State your required delivery date and destination when asking for a quotation.
Are displayed prices final wholesale quotes?
Check each product page's order notes. For an OEM/ODM enquiry, request a written quote identifying the model, specification, quantity, currency, sample or tooling charges, packaging, shipping terms and quote validity. Confirm which costs are included before comparing suppliers.
Review evidence for the exact product
Supplier assessment information and product test documents answer different questions. A company assessment can help identify the supplier and its reported facilities. Product documentation needs to match the model, materials, configuration and intended market in your order.
Request current reports and supporting documents relevant to the selected product. The manufacturing profile describes documentation on a model-specific basis; it does not state that every product has the same certification. Confirm any required independent testing and inspection arrangements for your project.
Prepare an international wholesale order
For sourcing projects in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia or another destination, include the destination country and sales channel in your enquiry. Product availability, documentation, packaging and delivery arrangements are reviewed for the exact order.
Can I request packaging and instructions in my market's language?
Specify the languages you need for labels, instructions, retail packaging and carton markings, such as German, French or Spanish. Send your artwork and text requirements for a feasibility review. Translation, artwork approval, printing costs and quantities must be agreed in the quotation.
How should I compare sizes and product specifications?
Request dimensions with units, the size chart and quantities by size for the selected model. For fins, confirm the foot-pocket measurements and the size system used; do not assume that a size label is identical across markets.
What delivery information should I provide?
Include the destination city, postal code or port, requested arrival date and preferred transport method. Ask the written quote to identify the shipping terms, included costs and responsibilities. Production time and transport time should be stated separately.
Which documents should I request?
Identify the selected model, materials, intended use and destination market. Ask for available documents for that configuration and confirm any additional testing or labeling requirements during the supplier review. Documentation for one model does not automatically cover another.
